I recently bought a 2013 Ram 1500 that was already lifted I'm guessing 4-6". My question is... Do I need to buy specific headlights that will adjust down ALOT?? Mine are blinding everyone and my mechanic has them adjusted as far as they will go and my local dealer says they are aftermarket so they didn't want to mess with them. Any help would be appreciated!

Only so far they'll adjust down, aftermarket or not.
The housing itself cannot be moved.
At this point looks like only way to lower the lights is lower the truck.

I thought I was the only one left who says bummer! :)
You could swap in quads, remove the low beam bulbs and run just the fog lights as low beams (you'll have a bulb out warning though).
Not much else I can think of.

Thanks for the reply. bummer tho. lol
Are you running regular halogen bulbs or do you have leds in the housings? Anything other than halogen might cause extra glare for oncoming drivers.

I can see swapping to the quads for better lighting and possibly less glare from the more compact housing but I don't get why to no install the low beam bulbs. You can run the fog lights without the headlights on, I do it all the time. The OP would need AlfaOBD to swap the headlight type to Quad style.

Another option would be to switch to a projector headlights, something from Alpharex
A great option for driving with just the fog lights is the Diode Dynamics SS3 SAE Pro level fog lights. The beam stays at/below the fog light level which on the OP truck would be about 24"-26"

Does it sit nose high or is it just look that way in the pictures? Might be able to drop the front a bit and get enough if nose high or even level. Not sure how involved that will be though.

There's a small adjustable spacer under the bottom headlight bolt. You'll have to pull the grille, but if you lower it as far as it'll go, it might bring the light pattern down some. Find a flat level spot, pull the truck up and mark the hot spot of the beam pattern on both sides. Then back up 20-25 feet and see if the hot spot is lower, higher or the same spot. It should be at least 2" lower. Adjusting the beam pattern is easy, as the adjustment is in the fender (you'll see an arrow pointing to a hole) and its in one of those holes using a torx bit. I'd verify for yourself if the adjustment is maxed out or not.

Is there a noticeable difference between your high and low beam output?
At one time people were installing projector style bulbs in regular housings. They would basically be high beam all the time.

Pull the grill so you can see the adjusters and mounting hardware while you adjust them. Either the adjustors are not working as they should or the aftermarket headlights don’t have a large range of adjustment. Do they have a clearly defined cuttoff?

Worst case you can switch to projectors. I have a 6” lift and OEM projectors, the adjustment range is between too low to see the road and lighting the tops of trees.

I was thinking about changing to projectors but I'll try some of these other suggestions first. Thanks guys! I'll let you know how it goes.

Not a whole lot of difference between the two.

Honestly, the lights you have are I think the poorest that were ever installed on the Rams.
Oem projectors are nice and often smoked like yours for the same look.
Even the quad halogens, with the right halogen bulb installed, put out decent light. But I don't think they can out adjust the projectors.

Check on here and car-part.com for good used light assemblies. I am not a fan of most aftermarket replacements , the high end ones are probably ok but a lot of the low end stuff is just garbage.

My speculation is incorrect bulb.
Pull up to a wall at night and switch between low and high beams. The difference should be noticeable.
With aftermarket housings it may be tough to find out what is actually called for though.
