Radio problems

I am having problems with my radio once a week I lose all my presets , there is a message on screen about losing signal the android auto says it calling then immediately hangs up maps will only stay in day mode and both phone and auto are set to night. Had back to the dealer twice and was told they would order a new radio. Now they are saying no and need to see the radio again. This is my third ram and the first time I'm having problems. Also all updates were performed. Does anyone know where I can file a complaint
