I see the new 3.0L Hurricane Twin-Turbo engine is now available in certain Jeep Wagoneer model's. On jeep.com they're showing this Wagoneer engine option to have 510 HP and 500 lb.-feet of torque. That torque number is higher than any current gas engine offered in any 2500 truck on the market to my knowledge. Crazy an engine in an SUV has higher horse power and torque numbers than a heavy duty truck.
I also regarding the 6.4 Hemi I see where there is a 6.4 Hemi that is standard in certain model Jeep Wagoneer's offering 471 HP with 455 lb.-feet of torque which I believe is more HP and torque than is currently available in a 6.4 Hemi in a Ram HD truck. WTH?
Anyone heard if this new Hurricane engine will ever make it to a HD Ram or is it intended more for the higher end Wagoneer's and going to replace the 5.7?
