You could've just used some of that aluminum air duct tape. I'm sure it'd look the same.
I just ordered the Hemi Orange from this guy. He lives in the same city as me. You said the material is holding up pretty good? I think the Orange will look good with the rest of my truc k being pure white![]()
but they didn't stretch or tear and stuck really well. That's gonna look sweet.
I've had mine for a little over 2 weeks now, so I can't really say they'll last forever, but the chrome ones I used were nice and sturdy - they almost felt like they'd cut me if I ran my finger along the edges.
While I was putting them on, I had to pull a couple of them off to re-position them, which you know is never a good ideabut they didn't stretch or tear and stuck really well.
In short, they were worth the $15 to me.
Now, to email this guy and tell him he owes me a commission.![]()
I sure wish I would have seen those before I did my engine cover. Taping that off was a PITA. If they don't cost too much I would definitely try them.

If you could post a pic afterward would be nice. I think I'll get red (my trucks red) at some point.
I missed the link to the supplier.
