Emissions monitors disabling on startup
As title states, I have a 2006 Ram 1500 Hemi. The specific monitors that are disabling after cranking, but enabled during KOEO (Key On Engine Off) are the Misfire and Fuel System monitors. Emissions test requirement in Illinois for diesel?
I live in Suburban Chicago (Crook County) and I found a 2014 Ram 1500 with the 3.0 diesel engine. The DEF system was removed. Is there an emissions test requirement for diesel vehicles? I ran a check with my OBD scanner (BlueDriver) and no fault codes popped up.- IronHorseDriver
