‘06 3500 Jack points?

I have a 2096 RAM 3509 5.9 L Diesel quad cab with overload springs. Not sure if any of that has to do with my question, but thought I’d lay the groundwork. Can I use a 48” ratcheting lift Jack on the front end where the tow hooks are to change tires and the truck hitch on the rear too? The tiny Jack that comes with the truck is pretty cumbersome. The Manual doenst say not too. Thanks!

On my old 06 2500 I use to carry a chunk of a 4x4 and 2x6 an used 5 ton bottle jack
