I have considered the tires, but i got a good deal on the rims and tires i have on there, hence the narrow tread. I use to have 305/45r22's. I think once these ones are done i will try and find a 305/45r22 to put on.

Congrats on your first Half second Cut. You are faster than a stock Diesel F350 and right beside a new 5.0 F-150. Did you try a 4WD Launch and shift higher than stock Manually?

Before converter swap and 4.56 gears. I need to do a new one.

I see your truck is a 03, what model SuperChip are you running? Mine does not give me 0-60 times?

That's a 3865 pictured.

He is correct. I had a 3715, sold it after I got a (couldn't refuse) helluva deal on a 3865. I wanted the datalogging and eventually I'll need/want the trans tuning (that;s a ways down the road though). Worst part was, right after I sold the 3715 a friend of mine picked p a 2000 5.9 Durango, that programmer would've been perfect for it lol.

If I am correct then thats a nice improvement over your previous 5.62. I think the way mine is running now I can break into the 5's which if I wasn't so high off the ground here was doable before when I was hitting 6.08 with TC Cam compatability probs. With my new Cam it feels like I just put in a new tranny. Strange. Anyhow nice time Big Guy!

Well I did my first 0-60 run on my SC VIVID today! 07 hemi QC BH, Mods are an AEM Brute force CAI with DRY FLOW filter and the 91 octane tune on the VIVID. I also have :superhack: the resonator after the muffler which i'm sure does nothing! I am also at 4800ft above sea level so I know that is 1 full second slower than at sea level in the 1320', not sure about the 0-60. My time was a 7.1 sec no wheel spin or anything.

Thanks man. Wasn't sure if it was a good run or not. I know the elevation plays a big part on NA engines! Wouldn't live anywhere other than the Rocky Mountains though! :)

Updated run Xmas Eve (sorry, this was like 2 days before my ship left) with ALOT of wheelspin...

12-24-12_1852.jpg

So with traction problems I seemed to have dropped 8/10's at the same speed. According to the programmer I'm hitting 60 at a tick over 6 seconds (5.99 @ 59mph) so that's cool (and down from 6.51). Guess I gotta work on launch technique and/or traction.

So I had a local guy here that has been racing for the last 15 or so years at our local track tell me that my truck would run a high 16 - low 17 in the 1/4 here. I had previously posted that my 0-60 was a 7.1 I have AEM Brute Force and S/C VIVID. Does that sound right to you guys?

At your elevation, its probably close. I would think more along the lines of a high 15 to low 16. Only way to really tell is to go out and run a few passes.
