02 Frt suspension torque specs

Replacing the entire front suspension with Mevotech upper and lower control arms w/ball joints, sway bar end links, and inner and outer tie rods, and Bilstein shocks. Looking for the torque specs for basically the entire front suspension on my 02 5.9L 1500. See attached pic for the type suspension I have as I guess there were a couple options, mine is a coil spring not strut.

Upper Control Arm to Frame -
Lower Control Arm to Frame -
Upper Ball joint stud -
Lower Ball joint stud -
upper end link nut -
lower end link nut -
sway bar to frame bushing bolts -
upper shock nut -
lower shock nuts -
2 - 21mm Caliper mount bolts -
20" factory wheels -
inner tie rod -
outer tie rod jam nut -

The reason you don't see the values is because HemiLonestar posted the .pdf files of both the repair manual and parts manual to the vehicle rather than just the values, if you look at his reply just above you can also download or save the manuals in a pdf file
