03 Ram Slt 4.7 crank no start

Having some trouble with my daughters truck 03 ram Slt 4.7 it will crank with no start. The crank seems short and after you cycle key from start to run all the gauges bottom out. The ABS and Brake light come on and the map display on the ceiling will show all dashes. Not getting any codes from diagnostic port and the instrument panel shows no codes. I've checked most grounds and have switched out the tipm and front control module. PCM is getting 12 volts. All connections look clean. Any help would be appreciated.

Well since it cranks fine have you checked for fuel pressure? quick way to tell if its a fuel issue spray little bit of starting fluid down the intake see if it fires for a second.
