04 infinity system speaker upgrade recommendations

Shopping for my dad's 04 ram quad cab with infinity system. He blew a 6x9 ang wants to replace all doors. Budget is under $200. Front are 6x9 2 ohm and only give low range. I think we can get 6.5 coax in the rear but im not sure the impedance. Not interested in headunit change or adding subs and amps. I would love some suggestions for speakers please.

Mopar worked with Kicker a while back to create vehicle specific speaker upgrades, I would start there.

Thank you! I'll do more digging but it's hard to find the impedance on the kickers. Saw a full set (front, rear and dash) that came out of an srt8 on ebay for around $200 shipped, but unsure of the 6x9 ohms. Drop in a 4 ohm and power cut in half.
