a month ago i replaced both hubs in my 05 3500 dully 4x4 diesel the ABS light and the brake light in the dashboard stay on constantly but were flickering on off before i replaced hubs , just recently i was driving and the brake pedle was rock hard and i had to put my foot in to the floor to get the thing to move seems the 2 blocks i drove home was enough to start fires under all 4 wheels . Additionally the speedometer jumps.while driving I read that this may be a result the ABS module, Anyone with the same problem that can help?

I just posted on that after following your like lol, probably should have just posted my comment here instead.

Short story though, I had the same problem that was being discussed there with none of the symptoms hellboz was mentioning other than the ABS, brake light, and speedo jumping (05 CTD Dually). No hard pedal problems or trouble stopping. Turned out on mine the sensor was just getting blown out of the pumpkin on the back by blowing through puddles and snow drifts. I think he has a very different problem.

The ABS module seems plausible, if someone changed the rotors on the truck, and compressed the calipers without venting the fluid through the bleeder valve you could have gotten som debris feed back up through the ABS module which would indeed throw it into fits.
