06+ taillights on an 03?

how hard would this be to do? i might be the only one who likes the newer tails better... is there an adaptor you can buy or something to get the new tails wires into the existing wires?

i don't think there is anything you can purchase to make it plug and play...you will have to cut and rewire to make it work

The 2007-2008 Dodge Ram has two connectors instead of 1 like the 2003-2006. It will work, but will require some wiring and a couple of clips.

I my self would much rather have the newer bubble style lights.

There was a thread on this not long ago,it has been done but a lot of work is involved in doing this..One thing that would consiner me is if your truck is a 06 with the can bus and tipm system it may not work,beings the 07 also had the tipm and I am sure there are different since the 2 vs 3 bulb deal.

If I was to try anything it would be the link that hemibabe listed,it seems like that would work.

Wouldn't work functionality. The 02-06 use 3 bulbs where as the 07-08 use two.

i hate the 07 tails but it can be done however i kind like the bubble look but not how they did it so i went with these
