07 -08 hemi differences?

Found a really good deal on a CAI, but it says it only fits up to 07 hemi's... Is there any differences between the hemi in 2007 and 2008? I'm assuming intake is different but I didn't think that was until 2009...

Where is it located? at the rear? if yes then it should fit......The dimenions are all that is important.

07-08 there is no differences at all in the Hemi.
