are there any changes between the 2013 and 2015 rams? I'm looking at a site where you sent the guy your tail lights and he gives u tinted ones? and he has 09-13 so i wa wondering if there were any differences ? thanks

Should be the same, just regular and some have LEDs

Those are definitely the same but like Graygoose said, some had factory LED's and some don't.
