15 Ecodiesel Truck won't detect keyfob.. but not like the others...

I just bought this truck in September, been decent truck minus a few eco quirks. Really thinking of swapping it to a Hemi this spring.

Onto my issue..

Last night I drove it home after work and everything was just fine. This morning I got ready to head to work and the truck will not detect the Key Fob. Thing is I don't get the message "Key Fob not detected" on the cluster. I also noticed that the keyfob will not unlock, lock or remote start the truck. I have the push button start, so I tried the trick with pressing the fob into the button, nothing. My handles auto unlock when I grab them, those don't work either. I tried both Keyfobs nothing, replaced the batteries , no change. I have never seen this issue. I had to dig out my old F150 to get me to work.

This to me is not a FOB issue, but a Computer issue.

I had this same thing happen to me. Turned out to be the Wireless fence That I bought to keep the dog in the yard was on the same frequency as my key fob. Could it be possible that you or a neighbor recently got a wireless dog zapper?
