1997 Ram 1500 5.9 magnum w/tow package
Background: transmission rebuilt 15k miles ago. No other issues.
After a long drive, the truck died while in a parkinglot. It started again, drove another mile then died and hasnt started since. Cranks over fine.
One thing I noticed was the transmission hot light came on during all this and lights up and stays on when attempting to start again.
I did the ignition on, off, on, off, on to read the codes and the only one that comes up is #12 (battery disconnect) because I disconnected it to see if resetting the system would make a difference. It did not.
Any ideas?
