17 Ram 2500 extension harness for fog lights

Hello, I’m new to this Forum I have a 17 Ram 2500 Cummins. I am desperately trying to get an extension harness for my fog lights. I have the bumper, lights, jumper harness, and the interior switch for the fog lights. I’m hopping someone may have some knowledge on getting one of these harnesses.
