Hey all, I just ordered my 2012 RAM 2500 Cummins Laramie Mega Cab 4x4 from here in Afghanistan about a month ago (hence no pics yet). I pick it up when I go on leave in Oct. I am looking to learn a few tricks about my new truck, and maybe do a few performance mods in the future. I'm here to make friends, and learn from other people's mistakes, hehe. I look forward to hearing from you.

Welcome and congrats on your order... as if the time between now and leave wouldn't come quick enough, it's really going to drag now!!!

I ordered my first Cummins powered truck in April and took delivery in June. No regrets at all.

Careful with performance mods - I've always dropped K&N filters into my gassers with good outcome and when I did that with my diesel the idle roughened and MPG dropped. 200 miles later, I sent it back.

There's a lot of good guys and good information on these threads. Again: welcome!
