2wd or 4wd?

A few people have em and most people hate em. Pacesetter is a cheap ****** brand to start with and most people will tell you they won't work on a 4wd. A FEW people claim that they work but won't post pics and those that have pics don't really show much in em. Pics I have seen it's not worth the effort and will do more harm than good.

If you're 2wd do it. Longtubes are better than shorty's for performance and fitment isn't an issue. No reason not to on a 2wd. Just don't be suprised if welds crack or they blow a hole or you receive bent pipes etc. They have the worst quality control.

For a cheap, quick set of headers I went with pacesetters. Don't even waste your time, mine leaked all the time and my collector flanges weren't flush so they leaked terribly. I now have Gibson shorties and they're much better quality. I thought Spintech made mid length headers, which is better than shorties and not a hassle as long tube. Yes 4wd= shorties 2wd= long tubes.

You're better off to just throw the money you'd spend on them in the garbage. Unless you have a very heavily modded motor just get shorties. Longtubes are really overrated on stock/ bolt on modded motors and just do more harm then good. They open the exhaust up way to much and you'll lose a lot of bottom end. Buy a good set of ceramic coated Gibson shorties and you'll be happy.

My pacesetter shorties are cracked in 2 spots, one at a weld, the other not.

I had the long tubes. And as someone stated earlier, I blew a hole in the side of one tube on the driver's side. The performance was nice while it lasted, but for the price find something of better quality.
