I have a 2003 2500 5.7 with a 5 speed and I have no throttle response my Absolute throttle position sits and stays at 17.6% I have tried recalibrating and even put a new bell crank on and still no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does your truck have a 5.7 HEMI or a 5.9 Cummins? I'm guessing that since you replaced the bell crank/TPS that it's a Cummins truck.

What are you using for a scan tool?

It has a 5.7 Hemi. It’s a cheap hand held code reader that is able to read certain pids but not able to run any tests.
