Check for an exhaust leak in the manifold. Had that issue with a 2002 4.7, didn't sound like a leak but it was there on the back cylinder on the driver side. Hard see and hear but enough to feel sluggish but if you put the gas pedal down it did fine. never threw a code but my mechanic buddy said the turbulence probably threw off the fuel air mix. I took it to a good mechanic and they found it on a lift

Yes never use Bosch o2 sensors nothing but problems on dodge/jeeps ive been burnt to many times lol.
Agree. I ha e a 2003 Ram single cab with 4.7. The Bosch are a pain. Don't know why but they are a common issue

They try to be to universal with their sensors and it doesnt work out.
