2005 ram 1500 purchase questions

looking at purchasing a 05 ram 1500
4x4 with 165000 miles. Hemi 5.7. Rust in the usual spots above the rear wheels, tailgate etc but not overly terrible. Anything to look for in particular? Can I expect this to be a reliable truck for a few more years or is it near the end of its lifespan?

All that mentioned is based on how it was maintained, no one will be able to give you a definitive answer to your question but if the engine is quiet, trans shifts good through all gears, not rotted out underneath etc etc, you may get lucky but it’s a crap shoot either way when buying used and without knowledge of maintenance.
