You would probably have better luck selling it on craigslist, 400$ is steep for a stock hood though

Also go to a local body shop and let em know you have an oem hood if they need it. The shop that did my SRT hood stored my stock hood and used it in 3 months and gave me money for it... was a win win.

Its hard to get $50 for a stock hood so i think $400 is kinda steep.

Lol I already have it on Craigslist.

Thanks KG that's a great idea!

$50 for a stock hood? Shadow, Lol You got ripped off my friend. There's hoods everywhere online unpainted for like 250-500. And with the cost of painting them around $250-$500, $400 is a great deal, and as you'll see, I put OBO. But I prolly wouldn't take under $350 no matter what. If it doesn't sell, I'll keep it till it does.

Lol not trying to be a ****, just every response is someones opinion. I don't want your opinions. Like you said, you probably can get a fiberglassed srt-hood for $450 on ebay. But it'll need to be sanded and fitted and painted. Which will cost around $400-$800. So this hood would be for someone not too far away, just trying to replace they're broken or damaged one without needing paint or fitting. It's already painted, and waxed all nice, and there isnt a scratch or ding on it, so Im sure someone if they really wanted it, would haggle for it.

Your best bet on selling it for the price you want is to call the auto body shops in your area and wait for someone to need it that has been in an accident. Then you should be able to get the $400. Good luck.

:)I would give you $400 for that venom hood though :)

I think its a good idea just to keep your stock hood. If for some reason you decide to get rid of your truck then you can sell the venom hood for a hell of a lot more then you will get for a stock hood. I have tried to sell my stock hood to no success so I just decided to keep it.
