2006 1500 Crew Cab 4x4... 4wd low flashes/engages while driving

I have an '06 RAM crew cab 1500, and it's been doing this for a while now...
The 4wd low indicator flashes/engages while driving, also noticed, even with the switch off... the front locking actuator engages/disengages when I open or shut the driver's door (this only happens once or twice when it does)... I think it may be a wiring issue, but not sure where's the problem... The 4wd system works fine other than that..
