2007 1500 3.7L Valve Cover tightening sequence needed

Hello Men. I have a 1500 3.7L V6 2D 2WD truck and am replacing the valve covers. Can some point me to the correct tightening sequence and how tight? Any PDF's or diagrams would be much appreciated.
