2007 dodge 1500 5.7 Hemi

I have a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 ltr hemi the problem I’m having is the motor sound like it needs a tune up I can be cruising down the road at 35 to 55 mph it feels like it missing runs a little rough but once I give it more fuel it goes away and runs fine but once I go back to regular cruising speed it runs crappy again plus my gas mileage is horrible I’ve changed all spark plugs and all coils and plug boots I’ve changed out the EGR valve I’m running out of options with this truck

Did you put the right plugs back in? I know some people like to change plug types thinking they're going to get better performance or more milage but the type of plug needs to be matched to you're coils.
