Since you guys have been helpful with my 2011 ram i figured id post here about a issue i have been having with my 2008 ram 2500 5.7 with 145k on it. It has had a bad vibration ever since i got it and i am at the point where ether i am going to fix it or sell it i have spent a ton of money trying to figure out what the issue is. You can feel it around 25-45mph then again anything past 59mph the whole truck vibrates a lot you can feel it in the seat/steering wheel. It is not the death wobble i have already fixed that scared the crap outta me :angels25:
I have already replaced every u joint on the truck, re balanced tires, new front hubs, took front driveshaft out ruled that out, checked all break calipers none are hanging up,. I plan to have the rear driveshaft checked this week to make sure its not bent or out of balance even tho i see no marks on it... But if that turns out to not be it what else can make the whole truck vibrate? could transfer case do that? i noticed mine leaks i have to fill it up every now and then looks like someone rebuilt it at some point but screwed up one of the seals.

Bad shock or maybe a bend wheel? Still could be a tire outta round.
Could also be the pitman arm

i checked tires for out of round the whole truck vibrates i cant pin point where it comes from. I also tried moving front tires to the back no change and how would a pitman arm make the whole truck vibrate? its not a death wobble type of viberation
