Howdy. I have a 2012 2500 cummins 4x4 long bed. I am finally tired of
The baby tires on it. I'm hoping to put 35in or equivalent mud terrains on it. Would I be able to fit these with a 2 inch spacer front lift? If so does it look decent??

I'm hoping to not have to do a full lift, although may change my mind. If I did a 4-6 inch lift would it look decent with 35in tires or would I need to get 37in??

I'm trying to keep the price as low as possible. So would also appreciate recommendations for good place to get wheel/tire combo.

I also have the edge cts. I've never played with the power upgrade options, anyone have problems with this unit??

If you want cheap do a level and 35's. If you want something that looks awesome then do a 6" with 35's or an 8-10" with 37's. My suspension shop has a 13 laramie that has a 12" lift and 37's and looks amazing.

Cheap and lift shouldn't be in the same sentence. A level can even be expensive if you do it right with coils, longer shocks, etc. 35"s look perfect on these trucks while still keeping them functional. If you go more than a level you will either have the huge lift little wheel/tire look (Cali look, I'll keep my comments to myself) or you will have to put some larger tires. Larger tires = lots of unsprung weight and extra rotational mass, coupled with the fact they rob you of power and change your effective gear ratio. The 2012's seem to be thirsty creatures anyway so that can be an issue. Then when you get into lifts to do it right you will spend a stack of cash.

Lastly What rear end ratio do you have? And do you tow?

You can easily fit 35x12.50s with a leveling kit and the stock wheels. A 4 to 6 inch lift looks fine with 35s or 37s.

I'm pretty sure I have the 3.42 and I occasionally tow. Less than 10k pound travel trailer. May get fifth wheel in future.

A Cummins will have plenty of grunt to spin 35" tires with 3.42 gears.

You can run a 2" coil spacer and fit 35 w/o anything but perhaps some rubbing on the control arms (no harm)

There are a million different ways, some more proper than others, to level / lift a 4G Ram.
Budget is your biggest constraint here.

You may also look into a Toyo 285/75R17. It's a 34" tire that will sit very nicely on the factory wheel (no goofy bulgy look like a 35x12.5). Will not required a lift / level at all.
