I have observed this Phenomena several times, but this is the first time I have actually remembered to bring it up.

When I pull into a gas station I will look at my odometer, as I log my fuel/mileage.
I will pull in and note my odometer as reading xxxx.x, so for example 5000.6km

I will then turn the truck off, and fuel up. But when I restart the truck the 0.6 is gone, and the odometer will simply read 5000.0km. This happens everytime, just curious if I am the only one...

Im going to keep an eye on this when I do short trips. See if it repeats or if it is only when I fuel up

does it do this when you drive to the store, park shut off and then drive home? so every trip your making your trucks registering up to .9km less then the driven path.. seems like a good thing to me. In the life of the truck might lose 2-3000 km with start and stops.

After reading this I tried it on mine. Everything works normal. Stays at mileage it was previously at. I cycled truck several times and drive it. No change. Maybe a trip to dealer for you is in store

I haven't paid enough attention to it during short errands.
But once I get back to the city I will see if I can document this

I will look at that when I get the time. I have had my odometer and Set at ##mph during cruise mode disapear multiple times and also my idle engine hours never counted. Amongst many other problems and parts replaced they replaced the dash bezel to fix these but now I lost all engine hours that I previously had and the hours jump all over the place from 0 to 13 to 11 to who knows what haha and the odometer and cruise still disapear. I will look at the .6 digit on the mileage and see if I have the same issue.
