The idea was to visit Yosemite National Park but thanks to Covid guidelines we'll have to come back later on. Entrace to the park is by reservation only with one month in advance. My fault too cause i didn't check the park website. Damn it.
Oh well that'll be the excuse to come back and i'll be driving across the Sonora Pass to enter the park. I need to see why the pass is listed in the most dangeroous roads to drive in USA :)
https://www.dangerousroads.org/north-america/usa/3951-sonora-pass.html

Kids were in dismay cause we were about 1.5 hours away from the entrance arrghhhhh

In any case we found some other stuff to satisfy the kids, Sierra Railway # 3 for those who are into Trains preserved at Railtown 1897 for example

Pinescrest Lake is the place to camp, fish, do stargazing run water toys etc. Absoutely gorgeous place. definetly we want more of it.
Coming out at night yesterday i tested the Rigids and Amazon lightbar and the contrast in lightning is incredible.

Low beams

Where those fox shocks at?!

Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
It’s been 8 weeks so I need to wait perhaps 2 more. I switched the order and went with Kings so that also did reset the waiting clock. I’d have been waiting double that for Fox. Guess COVID really messed them up :) in the end better for me as I get to keep the King beauty front and rear. Lol

Today i ordered the Carli rear TB relo bracket.
I'm bored and the thing is cheap so finally i'll get to see what's up with that. My butts is lifted 2" since the Clayton springs so tehcnically she's a good candidate.

And now with a 2" rear lift

I’m curious about the Carli bracket. I’ve been meaning to buy it myself. And I’m curious to the core links as mine have the zerks on the same side. I actually prefer them on the same side because I can grease both from behind the truck. And I mounted mine to the outside of the bracket. The 2500 mounts the links to the outside. No cutting necessary.

I liked the angle of the bar at 1" so i'd think that bracket will bring it the angle down to that level.

How do you like your soft topper? Been things about getting one of those myself. Looks like you got it really loaded up!

Still in love with it. Super functional for me and what i do with the truck. The fact that i can put it on/off all by myself within 5-7 min with a 13mm ratchet is super welcome. it doesn't weight much, and it doesn't take space in the garage. Love the Safari looks and my cargo stays dry rain or snow. Right now i'm running without it cause my wife is buying furniture for the house and i need the space to load stuff up in the bed, plus having a complete different look from time to time for free is a healthy thing :)

I have one in the garage waiting to go on at the same time I switch out to Icon springs, whenever I get those put in. Seems to be pretty straight forward install.

I've been thinking about what else to do with the truck as i want to change things a bit.
I'll have a conversation with Dirt King tomorrow about their front long travel kit. Hoping i can run that with the Fiberwerx 3" bulge fenders as i want to keep the stock rear fenders.

Nothing like having a conversation to keep the sanity in check. i'm keeping the mid travel setup the way it is. Can't beat the setup considering at the end of the day this truck is still my full DD. LT will be more maintenance no doubts, noise will be high as heims are not exactly known for quietness, shocks are full race so they're harsher for street duties, i'm not ready for a roll cage, etc etc., Maybe i should buy an old Tundra already built for LT and call it day :)
