2014 Ram 2500 shows 8 Volts when key is in ACC position

I have 2014 RAM 2500 Cummins and when I put the key in ACC position it shows 8 Volts. When I out it in Run position, it show 12 Volts and when I start it, it show 13 Volts. Both batteries have been check and are good. Is this normal?

I'm assuming 8V is all your accessories are pulling? Run position powers more things than ACC does.
