Welcome!

I am sure you are expecting some pretty biased answers to your Ram vs Tundra question.

Sooooo... to start the biasedness... uuummm... you should definitely get the Ram! ;)

I had a tundra and loved it, only reason I switch to ram was for a deisel 1 ton. If all you need is a half ton than I would stick with the tundra. But I do love my ram so far. Go test drive both and see what you like.

Welcome!
The rear center slider is our only rear window. I've not seen anything aftermarket.
The Tundra is a nice ride though. Hope whichever you choose works for ya.

Toyotas are sweet rides but pricey. Honestly, I would say it depends on how long you wanted to keep it. If you would be trading in the next 5 years don't be afraid of the RAM. I know that I love my ram but I wouldn't expect it to outlast a tundra, But I don't plan on keeping it over 5 years. My trucks power is very comparable to a tundra but I get much better gas mileage. I average 18 mpg driving mostly country roads of WV and have seen over 21 mpg driving into PA and Ohio.
