When I check voltage at my 7-pin connector on the truck, the only pins that work are Electric Brakes, Backup, and Running Lights. The +12 VDC, Left Turn/Brake, and Right Turn/Brake do not work they do not have any voltage to them when they should. I have checked the fuses (all good), the Body/Chassis Connector behind the front driver wheel and the trailer connection. I do not see anything obvious with those connections. I have no continuity from the fuse box pins back to the trailer connection on those pins. I assume that one of the three (that I am aware of) connection points from the fuse box to the trailer connection receptacle are not connected. The three connections that I am aware of are: 1. under the fuse box, 2. wheel well, & 3. trailer connection receptacle. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the Body/Chassis connector? I think I read somewhere that pins 1-7 on that connector are the trailer wiring but I saw a pinout for that connector for a 2012 and that is not the case, can someone confirm that? How likely is it that the connector under the fuse box has loose connections? Does anyone know the difference between Turn Signal Control and Turn Lamp Driver, those are both on the 2012 pinout.

Have you pulled out the 7-pin and checked all the connections at the back of it? Any splices for a plug in the bed by chance? I'm fighting a similar thing and am no expert but this is what I've been told to check.... but haven't had time. Our trucks are the same age and I'm thinking/hoping something is just gummed up with dirt and crap.

Yes, I have disconnected the Hopkins dual 7-pin / 4-pin receptacle from the truck connector, and I am checking directly at the truck connector. I am going to redo the continuity test tomorrow as it has been a while since I performed that test and I don't recall if the three pins that are not working all had open continuity or not.

When I installed the OEM brake controller, I had to activate the turn signals and such using AlfaOBD to modify the BCM configuration.. Did find it odd, as the 7 way was factory installed and can't for the life of me figure out why the lights weren't already activated.

I disconnected the Body/Chassis Connector and rang the wires out from there to the trailer connector plug with the Hopkins receptacle off. I was able to get continuity on the following:
Electric Brakes, Backup, and Running Lights but nothing else other than ground. This matches with my ability to get voltage at those same points. This means that the break is between the two connectors. How do I go about determining where the three breaks are, Left, Right, & +12VDC? There is a two wire plug near the Body/Chassis Connector and the Wht/Blk wire is the Running Lights, I was expecting the Red wire to be +12VDC, but I had not continuity through it. Anybody able to tell me which pins on the 34-pin Body/Chassis Connector is the Left, Right & +12VDC or if the Red wire on the 2-wire is the +12VDC?

Some info I found online:
The following is the pinout for the Body/Chassis Connector as it relates to the trailer receptacle:
Left Turn / Brake = Pin 8 - Yellow - Fuse 53
Right Turn / Brake = Pin 16 - Lgt Green - Fuse 81
Backup = Pin 25 - Wht/Org - Fuse 27 or 28
Electric Brake = Pin 34 - Dark Green - Fuse 11

2-Wire Connector near Body/Chassis Connector:
+12VDC = Pin 1 - Red/Violet - Fuse 30
Running = Pin 2 - Wht/Brn - Fuse 29

I will re-ring the Left, Right, & +12VDC tomorrow, but I am confident that even though I did not know the exact pin outs, I check continuity to all pins in the connector. So I will still need a way to determine where the breaks are, so any help there is appreciated.
