2015 1500 fog light assembly

Hello. Looks the dealership tried fixing the fog lights by trying to glue the light to the bracket.
The bracket has worn with time I suppose. Less than 4 years??
Anyways! Can you help me find the entire fog light assembly (light and bracket).

2013-2018 1500s use the vertical fog lights

I have the housings off 2017 without the brackets if that help. Used the brackets to mount my led fogs.

The bracket is what has worn. The stupid one flat edge design has worn.
Although I could use the lenses (my chrome is chipped) they're not much good without the bracket. Thanks though!
