2015 Lifters 5.7 hemi - warranty

Has anyone had to deal with Dodge warranties on failed parts? I had lifters installed a year ago and a bank has already failed. It's at the shop right now getting repaired. The dealership that did the work is stating the warranty is void because it's not at a dealer.

Did you use the factory warranty and have the work done at a dealer the first time around? Generally they won't honor factory warranties unless they are performed at a dealer.

No it was out of warranty work. They said it could go anywhere to get work done now going back on ot
