Have looked as well as I capable, seems no one has definitively solved this problem. Have replaced the DIPM and Ign. switch. Judging from what I see, when thee key is turned off the fuel pump shuts down but not the injector pulse or ign circuit. Seems to be tied in w/the dash backlights. ANY thoughts OR even better a fix. Thankz Larry B

Okeedokee, My ignorance is showing. I know what a RF hub is in broadcast ligo ( a repeater). He is using a chip key inserted into a switch. (My14 uses ONLY a fob and push button switch. ) So what is a repeater in RAMSPEAK.

The RF hub for my 14 sport is behind the back seat for the fob, remote start, door locks ,etc.
I don't know about the shut down, you are pushing the button and truck don't turn off, I presume?

I have had a couple times that the fob would not be picked up and doors will not open, and you have to start it by pushing the start button with the fob, not the finger.

But next time every thing back to normal. I have never changed anything, Water from leak in back window or the 3rd brake light getting in or the rear cab vents will bugger up the RF hub from what I see here, Thou I don't see leaks, never pulled the seat back out to look.

This may not have anything to do with your problem.

he was asking about the ig module, when you say you replaced switch, do you mean you replaced the win module.

Thanks for the back and forth. I guess MY (his) problem is that he is not using a fob. This truck is the key is in the fob and they both are inserted into the dash mounted switch. Just like vehicles in the 80's. I'm an ASE master and this is kicking my ass. my guess is the PCM/BCM.

Wellll.......It's a black box that the key/fob is inserted. Just lloked up (win) . nope didn't replace that?? But if the key/fob is being inserted in the ign switch am I still employing the win mod??
