2016 1500 Headlight options?

I have these headlights (projector I assume), and they're just not bright enough.



I would rather not go with HID's. I like LED lights and their life.
However I don't know that I have any choice; hence my post.

What are my options?

I switched my fog lights into LED's and I love the boost I get there, but the stock headlights; especially the brights just aren't enough.

I know I could do an LED light bar (and I may do that!), but that's after I get a grille, bullbar, etc.

Check out OPT-7.com, diode dynamics, and retro shop. There are a few offsprings out there but these are the ones most talked about. I was going to go LED but diode dynamics informed me the beam doesn't go as far as HID. So I went HID fog and low beam. OPT-7.com seems to have the most informative LED bulbs out there and a "patent" on their stuff.

Diode dynamics HId kit for low beams and fogs. You can see the difference in the fogs. Didn't do a before and after of the low beams.
