Since the truck 6.4's don't have radiator caps, just the expansion coolant tank. Wouldn't a guy not want the front end up on ramps? To make sure the coolant tank is the highest point for air to escape.

The above video shows how to open the drain **** and use a tube to drain the fluid.

It appears the 6.4L does not have a bleeder valve/plug.

OK, I read a drain and fill takes 16.3 qts.
When I drained it from the radiator I got 8 qts. out. The front was pointing down a bit. This might help with draining.

I guess the only way to the 16.3 out you have to remove the lower radiator hose.
I'm not going to do that.
I'm going to drive around for a while and then drain out 8 more qts.
I'll do that a third time and call it good!

I guess the only way to the 18.3 out you have to remove the lower radiator hose.
I'm not going to do that.

Any suggestions to get the fluid out without removing the lower radiator hose?
Pull the block drains, even with the lower hose removed, there's still a bunch of anti-freeze left in the block, that's only removable by pulling the block drains
