I changed both drivers side and passenger side stub shafts and cv axles. I noticed on the passenger side the stub shaft has sid the side play where it comes out of the housing. I didn't change any bearings, I juts swapped the one bearing over to the new stub shaft. I checked both bearings and they were tight and rolled good so I just put some oil on them before installing the new stub shaft. The seal didn't leak and was in good shape. I looked at the original stub shaft to see if there was any marks where the outter bearing rides and there isn't any. Has anyone had this problem before? I just wondering if it's the aftermarket stub shaft or the outter bearing. Also has anyone been able to buy just the bearings or know the part numbers ?
