2016 ram 2500 stereo issues

Just before 100,000 miles the stereo stopped working on my 2016 Ram 2500... There is no volume control & I am completely unable to use my stereo. Does anyone else have this problem?

My 2018 controls have just frozen up and quit working 3 times now. the latest was a week ago while on vacation. Froze in place for about an hour then just started working.

Please let us know via private message if you decide to have your dealer look into this. We would like to have this documented and have a case escalated on your behalf so a Case Specialist can work with your dealer to help find a potential solution.
