2016 Regular Cab: Best Ground Location

For those of you with a regular cab, I'm wondering where you chose to ground your amplifiers? I'm hoping for a bolt somewhere that's relatively easy to get at

I used one of the middle seat belt bolt holes that's at the cab wall.
