I believe they are under Firestone the last time I looked.

edit: Falken is owned by Sumitomo
But Sumimito has some relationship with Goodyear?

Sumitomo is the 6th largest tire maker...they did have an agreement/joint venture with Goodyear at one point, but they've parted ways.

good review of bfg last page poll for tires. Toyo's are my tire guys first choice, you will like them. For next time.

Decide how hard you go at it with towing or wheeling, if you want heavier load e tires or something more comfortable. I have like no noise with by bfg.

I have E load tires already. Pretty sure all 2500's have them. All the ones I looked up today were E rated

I asked 2 places today about KO2's. One said they couldn't get them in and another said they are hit and miss with which ones you want. Very hard to get right now according to them. The first place that said they couldn't get them had other B-Stone tires but couldn't get the KO2s

On a quick Google search I can't find a source to cite so I guess I'll call this an opinion - Tires should meet or exceed the axle rating or OEM. In this case, all tires for a 2500 HD truck should be rated for at least 3000# which puts you into E rated 10-ply.

Recent new to me Ram 2500 has Toyos on it with lots of tread. Can't speak to longevity since they came with the truck, but they ride nice. Had them on another Dodge some years back and liked them that time as well. Hope it works out for what you're needing.

agreed. Pretty sure the Toyos were like 3800lb rating (Edited after looking it up). Can't remember. But my GRAWR is 6500 and I know it was over that (tire load x 2 tires)

I looked up about 6 or 7 different tires for my truck yesterday and all were E rated. I searched by vehicle and not by size so it might be possible that you could get that size in a lower rated sidewall but that could easily lead to someone getting the wrong tire I would think?

Yeah, it's possible to get a lower rated tire in your size. I actually caught a dealer trying to do that to me when I was buying a used Duramax. They had tires rated for roughly 2000#/ea on it when the axle was rated around 6000#. I told that story to a tire shop and the guy made it sound like it was illegal (for lack of a better term) to do that. After that I always look at the rating before they install them to be sure. I also always check date codes. I ordered some tires off Walmart.com and they were over 12 months old.... took them back.

ugh. i will be dropping mine off monday morning before they open but i will check them before i leave with it. if not E rated then they will be swapping them back and ordering the right ones. but the price aligns with all others i looked up that were E rated so guessing they are. As for dates that will be a hit or miss since i won't see them beforehand and be tough to argue getting my money back on that

Nice! I think these are going on my 2017 2500 as well... 35" flavor -- but same tire. Might even just put them on my stock 18" wheels... not sure yet.

Only driven them about 15 miles or so so far. Not noticing any increase in road noise over the factory Firestones. Really can't tell the difference in ride and noise.
