have a radio that is stuck in phone call mode. I have shut down the truck and left it for 2 hours or so. Is there a way to reboot the radio. 2018 ram 2500 with a Heim 6.4.

Mine did that when I lost signal one day. I had to disconnect the battery and then all was well. It's only happened that one time last November.
