2018 PCM?

where is a good place to pick one of these up and price. want to have one on hand for when i do the header swap and tune (when a good one comes available)

I haven't seen any out there yet.

I suspect that when tuning becomes available the tuner manufacturers will have PCM's available, much as they have for the 2015+ trucks with the programmer & PCM package.

Apparently HP has tuning for the 2018's now.The only guy I know who has tuned a 2018 is Owen Chung,he's not on here,but you can track him down on Nadodge on facebook.

Supposedly for a 2018 he needs a specific numbered PCM. I know Owen ran into trouble with getting the proper numbered PCM for his 18,as he had posts up on all the common RAM facebook pages looking for a specific numbered PCM for his truck

That might be an issue,as it sounds like Diablo might not be working on the 18's.That seems to be the general consensus on most of the pages lately.Whether it's true or not,who knows,but it looks like at the moment you're stuck with HP tuning on the 18's.Join Nadodge on facebook and hunt up Owen Chung,he's the only one who's tuned a 2018 Ram as far as I know,and is the guy to talk to about what all is required to tune one.It's a fair bit more money to tune an 18 compared to a 17 is my understanding.

Looking forward to it. Just waiting. HP Tuners is a good product and I prefer it over Diablo.

Easiest thing to do is just send your PCM to HP Tuners to be unlocked. Diablo is the only company that sells new PCMs already unlocked, but they do not offer 2018 Ram support yet.

I know 6 2018's that are tuned now using HP Tuners. Gordy is on here with a Blue procharged 2018...he posted a thread about his build a few weeks ago.
