2019 Ram 1500 Limited severe skunk smell in garage

Anyone encountered this problem with 2019?

Just picked up new 2019 1500 Limited 2 days ago from dealer. Has 450 miles on it from GM driving it around. Brought it home, first night wife gets home asking if I hit a skunk. I don't smell it in cabin, just when it sits in garage.


Have had 4 other Ram 1500's; Limited's and Laramie's. Never had this kind of odor problem before.
Anyone have any experience with this?

May be on the tires and possibly splashed on the underside. I know I’ve ran over roadkill before and my dog can always tell when I get home. She gets a high from smelling my tires

If it is something that got ran over like a skunk just bring a dog over to your truck, he will go right to the spot of the smell. Mine does every time.

Please read all the posts and let us know if you take to the dealer to be repaired. I’m at 3500 miles and still has the skunk smell after it is been driven for awhile.

What wife, I'm single and I'm not from Abalama xD

Of course, around some of the job sites in the city, smell people who've smoked, so they could of been hanging near it

What brand of tires are on the truck? Sometimes the camelback smells a little raunchy.

Mine had that smell for a little while - eventually works off - gota be some kinda of coating on the engine.
