2019 ram problem

Thanksgiving week had a total shutdown while driving. Dealer said nothing wrong with truck. Well it kinda happened again yesterday. This time I had to messages show up while driving. Service the transmission and service traction control. The truck continued to drive normally, although traction control showed as disabled. When I shut the truck off and restarted it, everything returned to normal. Back to the dealer for round 2.

Next time drive straight to dealer and have them scan it. Don’t turn off truck.

Was there an explanation for the truck shutting down? Am I reading this right ---> while driving; like you're driving then boom everything turns off?
