2019 Ram with a Hemi exhaust hanger fail

Hello
My two rear exhaust hangers have failed.
It doesn't seam hard to replace.. but why did both fail ?
Quoted 300+ to replace the two , both $54 for the pair

What a pain, drivers side had a metal shelf loaded with a crap load of wires and plugs that i had to loosen so I could sneek the hanger behind it . Thanks for the heads up
