2020 2500 Remote start W/ Key Fob

Ok, I may be going crazy but I swear I started my truck with the key fob without the remote start button on it. I parked, shut it off, got out, locked the doors and walked away. Came back about 10 mins later and it was running. Fob was in my pocket the whole time. And before you say I didnt shut it off, the wife was with me and she confirmed I shut it off. So my question is. Is there a button sequence on the fob that will start the truck?

So I understand this right....your truck doesn't have remote start so the remote start button is NOT on your key FOB, correct?

You have a classic, or V?

Feel, and press, where there are no markings. Are there switches there?
Maybe just a swapped keycasing, or aftermarket key.
