2020 bcm issues

I have a 2020 ram 3500 cab chassis single wheel. I had a eby flatbed installed. I believe the bcm is shutting down the I'd and tailights. Eby dealer tested wiring. Flatbed wiring seems fine. Has anyone had this issue?

There is specific directions on how taillights need to be wired and modified if they are LED
