4 weeks ago I bought a new 2020 1500 Limited Ram. I think I made a big mistake. After owning the truck for 5 days things started to go wrong. First the cooled seating stopped working than the A/C stopped working correctly, you would have to put it on low on both sides and put the blower on full and have in on recirculate just to lower the temp a couple of degrees. The self parking stopped working. The self leveling air suspension would not work right. Power steering would get stiff. Than finally the check engine light and low battery light came on. The truck has like 600km on it.
It has now been at the dealership for 3 weeks with no end in site waiting for parts. I told the dealer that they can keep it.

Regardless of what you would "like" to do, what are the lemon laws up there? Can you just walk away from it at this point? Is the dealer in agreement with that?

Sounds like a new battery will solve your issues. Funky things happen when the battery isn't working correctly.

Why not just keep using the thread you already started on it?

What are the lemon laws for your state/province? Telling the dealer they can keep it isn't really going to accomplish anything, but you do you.

Agreed. No need for a new thread. And for most states this wouldn’t even meet the criteria of a “Lemon”. And the fact so many issues popped up at once on a brand new truck leads me to believe it’s a battery issue too.

As above, it sounds one thing ties all the others together. Just a bad start, but hope it is fixed quickly and you have years of enjoyment. Reminds me of the second to last house I bought. Day of closing: water line to house broke; one guy fell through ceiling trying to remove a board that inspector faulted; another guy installing appliances splashed chemicals in his eyes and couldn't finish; and county denied residency permit. But it got fixed and lived the house until my job moved.

Still think it's a battery issue. The question is , just a bad battery ? Bad alt, or loose connection ? 2020 means brandy new warranty. Your dealer should have no problem diagnosing and fixing. Btw, I believe in Canada you have arbitration, not lemon laws.
